Secure Media Shredding

Seamless Recycling offers both on-site and off-site secure media shredding with our industry leading shredder. Our services include shredding of all hard drives, data tapes, cell phones and other media storage devices. At Seamless Recycling, your security is our number one priority. We follow very strict guidelines to maintain zero security breaches in both our on-site and off-site services. We follow the best industry standards and practices including NAID and R2.

On-Site Shredding

Our on-site service provides our customers a flexible and fast solution for their secure destruction needs at their location. Any authorized personnel can witness the shredding process live, solving chain of custody issues. During the transportation to the shredder, all media is located in a locked tote. This container will never leave the sight of personnel on staff. All media containing serial numbers are scanned prior to shredding for inventory management and asset auditing. Once complete, a certificate of destruction and an itemized list of serial scans will be issued.

Off-Site Shredding

Our off-site services offer our clients another option for their shredding and destruction needs. With our secure transportation and logistics techniques Seamless Recycling ensures safe and secure delivery to our facility. Once arrived to our zero unauthorized access facility your data will remain safely locked until the moment it is scanned and shredded. Once the processes is completed Seamless Recycling follows a strict zero export and zero landfill policy. Our clients shredded material will only leave our facility to one of our certified R2 downstreams. We use only end of life R2 facilities to ensure the material is not transported multiple times as it passes through transport facilities.
